It’s that time of year and the THS Alumni Game back on! Dust off your gear, tape your stick and sharpen those skates for one of the biggest games of the year. We hope you can join us. Catch up with old friends, test your skills (you still got it) and work off all that Thanksgiving turkey.

Please join us on October 17th for the first annual AJ DiMasi 6 Goal Golf Classic. All monies raised at this event will go into a scholarship fund set up in AJ’s memory. AJ was an outstanding member of the Trumbull boys ice hockey program. He was a member of the 2012 CIAC State Championship team and holds a long standing team record for goals in a game with the six he scored on January 30th, 2013. He was an outstanding student, a talented athlete and wonderful young man.

At the end of each season, a THS boys or girls ice hockey player will receive $3,000 to help them further their education and hopefully their hockey careers.

Zach Jager was the first recipient of the AJ DiMasi Annual Scholarship. Zach’s on ice performance, his dedication, leadership and creativity truly honored AJ’s memory. Zach received $3,000 to help further his education and hockey career. Zach will be attending the University of Delaware this fall.

The #7 seeded, Trumbull Eagles (11-8-1) will host #10 Woodstock Academy (13-5-0) on Tuesday 03/08 at 6:30pm at The Rinks at Shelton. Tickets must be purchased online from the CIAC by going to the following link. No tickets will be sold at the door.
