Sr, Gabe Deist made 37 saves in Trumbull’s 0-1 loss to Greenwich. Deist has been solid in net all season giving the Eagles a chance to win every game. He currently has a .906 save percentage and a GAA of 2.45. Gabe is hard working, passionate and dedicated to his craft.

Sr, Jake Terlik scored two shorthanded goals to help Trumbull defeat Staples 6-1. Terlik is a work horse and has developed into a dangerous two-way player. He was selected as one of the team captains and currently leads the team in goals (7) and is tied for the lead in points (12).

The Eagles will take on cross town rival, St Joe’s tonight at 4:30pm for the annual Coach Eddy Cup. This game is dedicated to the memory of long time SJ coach, Edward LeMaire- his passion for the game, his impact on the development of so many area players and the spirit of competition.

Trumbull has taken the first two Coach Eddy Cup wins and will look for their third. Trumbull has won the last five games between these two FCIAC rivals:
