Trumbull drops in HNIB rankings but still in top eight.

Senior, Luca Minopoli and junior, Giancarlo Montonaro each scored two goals to help lead the Eagles to a 6-1 win over Staples. Trumbull also got goals from juniors, Austin Ashby and Jake Terlik. The THS skaters are now 10-5-1 on the season.

Senior, goaltender, Stephanos Galatas is our Player of the Week. Galatas made 25 saves to help THS to an 8-1 win over the Norwalk Bears. The win was his second of the season.

The next night, Galatas suited up as a forward in a JV game versus Masuk and scored a goal. He can do it all!

The Eagles improved to 9-5-1 with an 8-1 victory over the Norwalk Bears. Eight different players scored for Trumbull: DJ Kimberly (1st), Gaincarlo Montanaro (6th), Luca Minopoli (14th), Zach Jager (3rd), Austin Ashby (7th), Peter Antoniou (13th), Logan Jones (1st) and Trevor Minder (1st).

Senior, Stephanos Galatas made 25 saves.

Senior, Adam Guttman stopped 37 of 38 shots on goal to lead the Eagles to a 2-1 victory over their biggest rival, the SJ Cadets. Guttman was at his best in the third period when fatigue was clearly starting to get the best of the Trumbull skaters. The goaltender will get between the pipes no matter what the situation or who the opponent is without hesitation. He always seems to come up big in the big games and this one is always the biggest of the season- Adam Guttman is our Player of the Week.
