Carl Richardson, Henry Phalen, Victor Rueda-Jimenez and Taiwan Savage each broke into the 17s, while Molly Bliss, Kelsey Cabrera, Alexis Groce and Amy Wilson took the top 4 spots as the boys and girls swept past Dover, Polytech and St. Thomas More at Milford Millponds Wednesday to improve to 6-0.

 Munce has made his sophomore presence known consistently finishing in the 19s and in the team’s Top 10 as a rookie. He ran strong at Lake Forest on Monday, continued to make a push for varsity on Wednesday as the team’s No. 8 man and then finished with another No. 8 spot with a strong 20:49 at Brandywine Saturday. He’s poised to break his 19:24 best.

 Uebele, a rookie freshman, has stepped into the varsity like a veteran. With each race, she has continued to score career-best times after a personal best of 23:09 on Wednesday’s Tidewater Classic. Without doubt, she has made the varsity pack stronger as shown by her strong run at Brandywine on Saturday.

CONGRATS to Molly Bliss (5th), Alexis Groce (12th) & Kelsey Cabrera (19th) who scored medals & helped the girls varsity take home a third-place trophy bowl & T-shirts Saturday at the Salesianum Invitational at Brandywine Creek! Amy Wilson & Stef Clendaniel had big runs to round out the varsity scorers, while Carl Richardson (10th) medaled for the boys.

Evan Becker had a nice day, running to a new season-best time.
