The Binghamton Jr. Senators 18U AA team has advanced to the New York State Tournament as the second seed from Central Section! States will be held March 18-20th, 2016 at SUNY Canton.
Congratulations to the 18U AA players, coaches, team manager, and parents on a job well done, and best of luck in the State tournament!

Mite B 2016 New Hartford Mite Meltdown Champs

The Binghamton Jr. Senators Mite B team won the A/Red Division Championship in the New Hartford Mite Meltdown tournament held February 5-8th, 2016 in New Hartford, NY!
The Jr. Sens went 6-0 on the weekend, outscoring their opponents 73-19. A 7-4 win over New Hartford in the championship game gave the Jr. Sens the title, in their 6th game played in just 27 hours!

FASTRAC 2016 SUMMER HOCKEY SCHOOLS |

FASTRAC 2016 SUMMER HOCKEY SCHOOLS July 18-22, 2016 August 29 – September 2, 2016 Open to all age groups and skill levels, players will be grouped according to their ability. Hockey schools will include on-ice training at Ice House Sports Complex, off-ice training at FasTrac Hockey Training Center, videos (analysis and training) and outdoor hockey activities (weather permitting). OFF-ICE at FasTrac includes: - State of the art skating treadmill - Hockey specific plyometrics and strength training (“dryland”) - Skating stride and Russian Box for explosiveness - Skills training (shooting, passing, shot accuracy) using synthetic ice Head Instructors: Rich Laganiere and Pierre Laganiere (former Broome Duster and coach of STHA and Junior teams for over 25 years) Special instruction for goalies with goalie coach First come-first serve, limited spots available (Each day is ~8 hours, drop-off at ~8am) *Registration requires $100 deposit; Full payment required by 4/1 for discounts to apply. $350 for each week (lunch each day is included in cost) 15% discount for players who register* for both schools by Feb 15 - $595 10% discount for players who register* for one (1) school by Feb 15 - $315 15% discount for siblings who register* by Feb 15 - 2 siblings - $595, 3 siblings - $890, 4 siblings - $1,190
