PWB 2016 Empire State Cup Champs

CONGRATULATIONS

PEE WEE B JR. SENATORS!

 
The Binghamton Jr. Senators Pee Wee B  team won the B Division Championship of the Empire State Cup tournament held in Rochester, NY January 16-18th, 2016! 
 
The PWB Jr. Sens earned their spot in the title game through a thrilling 11- round shootout against the Schenectady Chargers, and then went on to defeat the Port Credit (Ontario, Canada) Storm by a score of 5-2 in the championship game.  Prior to the championship game, the Storm hadn't been scored on in 4 tournament games, outscoring their opponents 26-0 until the Jr. Sens took them down to win it all. 
 
 
         WAY TO GO PEE WEE B!!

Pictures Needed for Awards Banquet

 

During the upcoming 2015-2016 awards banquet, there will be a slide show of our players through out the season.  Coaches, managers, and parents, if you have taken pictures of your House/Select/Travel team(s) throughout the 2015-2016 season, please send them to Chris Behonick by February 8, 2016 so that they can be included in the slide show.  At this time, we have very few pictures, so please send what you may have.  Thank You!!

PEE WEE HOUSE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

 

 
Name:  Carter Pittarelli
Team:   Legacy Bay Townhomes 
Number: 00
Favorite NHL Team:  Montreal Canadiens
Favorite NHL Player: Carey Price

 
When it comes to goalies Carter Pittarelli is second to none.
He always comes to practice and games with a smile on his face and determination in his heart. Carter gives 110% in everything he does, weather he's goaltending for Legacy Bay Town homes, the pee wee select team, or playing basketball, or baseball.
 
Carter is also on Honor Roll in school, and is a member of his school's chorus.
 
His favorite player, Carey Price is the back bone of Carter's favorite team, the Montreal Canadiens.
 
When Carter isn't singing, studying, or practicing his favorite sports he also enjoys helping out with the Ice house Ice Hawks, a hockey experience for special needs children in our area in conjunction with the Magic Paintbrush Project.
 
Carter's quick wit, and infectious personality make him an absolute pleasure to coach.
