FC dropped a tough one tonight. We took the lead 2-0 and then allowed the Reds to creap back in and take total control of the game and the take the W. tough way to go down. Thanks to all that made the game.
FC was given a PK that was a ghost. Jonnie R in a pure class move gave the ball back to the keeper. The Soccer Gods rewarded him with 2 goals. Tor, the Mojo, Nicky, and the D carried FC to a W. Tough summer as always FC plays short due to work/vacations/coaching etc, but we continue to scrap out Wins. Nice job by the lads. Mikey D you ok??
Winning 3 in a row is nice, by taking a 2-1 victory last night. Beating Old Man Tommy and doing it is special. Thanks to the lads for last night. FC played tough and for the third week in a row we took the points. It seems that FC either goes on a winning tear or a losing one. It's all high or all low. Nice gents!!!!!!!!!
FC wins yet again, as our 2-0 win over Greens , powered by the Assassin and Richie has put us back on track. Nice welcome as Kurt made his 1st debut for FC and an old face, Mr.Boles was back. Great job guys , yet another nice win!!!! OLE
This is powered by Nifty's Milk shakes baby. Sunday we finished the WC league with a 0-0 tie. We ended up 5-3-2 with a 3rd place finish 2 points out of making the finalee!!! We could not sustain the power we had in the first 6 games. Life's commitments and serious injuries to some of our stars made us short. Even so , we finished with a nice record and a nice showing. Thanks for playing for Rose Tree FC, thanks for wearing Red and nice job by all. Also a huge shout out to all those hurt, please get better!!!
