Hi! A quick reminder that Tuesday’s meet is at the Strongsville Rec Center and Thursday’s meet is at Meadowood.

The Rec center is VERY strict about swimmers being able to get across the pool without any help from the coaches. If a swimmer cannot make it on their own across the pool, a lifeguard must jump in, and an incident report will have to be filed.

The Rec pool is deep and sometimes the new/less experienced swimmers get scared – please text Coach Ryley 440-522-2051 or Beth 216-406-2232 if you think your swimmer cannot make it across the pool on their own. We too may contact you directly if we are concerned about your swimmer.

WWF Swim Families,
I’ve had a few of you inquire with the coaches or myself about ribbons from Thursday night’s meet at Ledgewood. I just spoke with Danylo from Ledgewood.

Due to Waterford not supplying a scoring person, weather issues, and various technical difficulties, labels for ribbons were unable to be printed after the first few events.

Once we get the results from the meet, we can then provide the proper ribbons to the appropriate swimmers.

Here is this week’s informational message from Coach Ryley! AND the weather is looking great for swim this week, fingers crossed !

Hi everyone!
I am so pleased to see how your swimmers are all progressing so quickly! I am very proud of all of them and I am so excited to watch your swimmers race this week (assuming weather cooperates this week)!

A couple of quick reminders for this season:
- We will be using Google Forms to keep track of who will/won’t be attending meets for the upcoming week and what your swimmers would like to swim. Please be sure to fill out both google forms every week, even if your swimmer will not be attending. If your swimmer is signed up to swim the meet, it is crucial that they attend because relay changes are very difficult. If your swimmer cannot come after committing please make sure to let me know so we can make the appropriate changes.
- If you need to contact me, you can reach me via email ( mayberryryley@gmail.com ) or by text (440-522-2051). Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything!

Information on this weeks two meets:

Additional Information for this week:
Make-up picture day 6/21:
- There will not be practice on this day
- the make-up picture day is only for swimmers who were unable to attend the first picture date.
- Pictures start at 10:30, be at ledgewood pool by 10:15
- Swimmers must wear swim suits, preferably our team colors (Black, Navy blue, Blue, Red). However, please do not worry if your child does not have a suit with these colors— whatever swimsuit they have is fine.
- Information about picture order forms will come out as soon as I receive it.
