911 for CHAMPS Volunteers 

I know everyone’s inbox is full, we see something, think “I’ll do that after xxx” and then forget. So a friendly reminder!! 

We have 73 swimmers participating in CHAMPs and need ALL attending families to sign up for a volunteer job. We actually have the best/easiest jobs of all the league teams.

If we don’t fill the OPEN roles then we will assign families to those openings. 

Each family is required to work 1 job at Champs. If you do not sign up by tonight at 9 pm, we WILL assign those roles and send assignments out tomorrow AM! It will then be your responsibility to find your replacement if there is a conflict.

There is no secret swimmer this year! Sorry for the miscommunication.

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to give you an update about the times for practice and warmup throughout the week.

Friday we practice at the Rec Center to prepare for Champs. The schedule is as follows:

• 9:15- Arrive at the Recreation Center!
• 9:20 am- 10:00 am- Team Meeting and tour of the recreation center to learn how Champs will work and where to go.
• 10:00- 10:45 am- Report to the pool deck and begin warm-ups
• 10:45 am- 11:00 am- Report upstairs in the lobby for donuts

I also wanted to congratulate all of our swimmers on their amazing work at the dual meet last night! They all did an amazing job, and we ended our season on a win!

Also, if you have a swimmer of the week sign, please return it Thursday or Monday at the Banquet!
