Inter Completes Winter Session I at SportsPlex

Posted by Alan Olson at Jan 23, 2004 4:00PM PST ( 0 Comments )
24 Jan. 2004. After finishing the fall 2003 season in D1 with a mirror record of the spring 2003 season in D1, 2-5-2, Inter kept its conditioning fresh by participating in the U12-U13 Premier division of Session I during 15 Nov. 2003 through 24 Jan. 2004. Playing against the excellent U13/D1 Calverton Cougars and our U12/D1 friends/foes, MSC United (AC Milan) and ABGC MT Sharks -- as well as the U12/D2 Potomac Cougars and U13/D6 SSA United, Inter managed one win and a tie (both against ABGC MT Sharks), while dropping 6 matches to the formidable AC Milan (2), strong Calverton Cougars (1), pesky Potomac Cougars (1), and tough SSA United (2). But, the main thrust of the indoor sessions is to let the boys play and have fun while keeping in shape and sharpening their skills.
