Congrats to the Winter 2012 NRWBL Champions - Pirates.  The Pirates were comprised of Manager Scott Murphy, Keith Finnerty, John Howe and Brian Croyle.  They defeated the Blue Jays 3 games to 1, including a clinching, thrilling, longest game in NRWBL history 8 innings.    Come join us Friday night 10PM at Red Rock for the awards ceremony. 

Anyone who is in need of hockey skates - please see Jeff Becker.......Reportedly, after seeing this photo, the Phoenix Coyotes selected Becker with the 17th overall pick in the 2011 NHL draft.

Two unidentified Cubs stars have engaged in rather "unethical" off-field behavior, discoverd by an undercover sting.  The first star has a weird taste in animals and women but an unnamed source reported that he said "all women and animals of different sizes need love too".  In uncovering this potential issue, it was also reportedly identified that not one, but 2 players on this team have engaged in sexual intercourse with a stuffed animal/home economics project.  When Commissioner Kennesaw Mountain Luzon was asked for comment he said "Unfortnatley for the women, animals and stuffed animals/soccer balls, there is nothing in the NRWBL players conduct policy that prohibits this behavior.  In fact we encourage it, thats what makes this league so unique."
