Dear Force Parents,

Great news !!! We heard today from the Hollywood Dodgers Tournament that we were accepted to this years tournament. We will update everyone as we get more news on where we play and who we play. It will be great fun this year, we think the team has really come together recently.

There is NO Jason Wright Clinic this Wed. at the Boys Club as they are painting the gym this week. There is also no scheduled clinic this Friday as well at Jason's in H.B., If there are enough players interested in Friday with Jason we might be able to schedule it again for this week. Please e-mail me by Wed. if you are interested in practicing this Friday.

Next scheduled practice is on Monday 6/23, we are in the process of possible moving the location to a better place.

Let us know if you cannot make Monday's practice.

Dear Force Parents,

We will be practicing only three more times this month. This Friday 6/13 at Buena Park Boys Club from 7:00-9:00 p.m., Monday 6/23 at American Sports Center from 6:30-8:00 p.m. and Monday 6/30 at the American Sports Center from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

We want to let all the mom's recover from the end of year parties, teacher gifts and all the other things that come with the end of school. Our team will have three siblings graduating from High School this month and moving on to college. Suleen (Shaq's sister) and Kaycee (Ty's sister) will both be attending UCLA in the fall. Ryan (Reed's brother) will be attending UC Santa Barbara. Wow, all three had GPA's over 4.3, we hope that some of those brains are passed down to our boys.

We will probably take the 4th of July weekend off and then we will gear up for the Dodgers Tournament by practicing at least twice a week and maybe three times during the first two weeks of August 2008.

We are going to cancel the Jason clinic tomorrow night 6/6 at 9:00 p.m.

Sorry for not sending this out earlier but how time flies when having fun. Below are the dates that we had for practice to prepare for our WLA Championship and Tigers Championship Tournaments.

4/5 - Valencia HS, 2:30-4:00 p.m. (no charge)

4/13 - Mariners, 6:00-7:30 p.m. $60.00

4/16 - American Sports Center, 5:30-7:00 p.m. $102.00

4/27 - Mariners, 4:00-6:00 p.m., $80.00

5/4 - Mariners, 6:30-8:00 p.m., $60.00

5/9 - Buena Park Boys Club, 7:00-9:00 p.m., $80.00

5/13 - American Sports Center, 5:30-7:00 p.m., $102.00

5/18 - Valencia HS, 11:30-1:00 p.m. (no charge)

5/21 - American Sports Center, 5:30-7:00 p.m., $102.00

Total amount for the two months are $586.00 or $58.60 per player. Please pay Coach Mark for this fee.

We also will need to collect for the Tigers Tournament once VFW asks us for the fees. The tournament was $350.00 or $35.00 per player. Please pay Coach Jon for this fee.

Dear Force Parents,

Sorry for the late notice but it's been really difficult to secure a gym for the next few weeks as most schools are using their gyms for graduation related functions. We were able to move into an open spot at Mariners this Saturday 6/7 from 3:00-5:00 p.m.

Our practice next week will be at the Boys Club in Buena Park on Friday 6/13 from 7:00-9:00 p.m.

For the following week we will probably practice on Sunday 6/22 in the late afternoon or early evening but we haven't confirmed gym time yet.

For those that want to work out with Jason on a weekday, he will be at the Boys Club in Buena Park on Wednesday's from 6:00-7:30 p.m. for a cost of $15.00 we had Reed and Jordan try it last night with the High School Girls and it wasn't that crowded. There were about 6 boys in our age group and 9 girls in High School. The clinic was good as he pushes the High School Girls so of course our boys as well.

We still have Jason this Friday 6/6 at 9:00 p.m., please let me know if you are planning on attending or not. Last week we only had Shaq and Christian, I need to let Jason know if we are going to have less than 5 so he can schedule another group with us.

Dear Force Parents,

I know all of you are trying to prepare for the end of school in the next couple of weeks. Because of this we will only practice once a week in the month of June and will increase to twice a week after the second week of July.

This week we will probably practice on Saturday 6/7/08 late afternoon, we are trying to secure a gym but haven't coordinated one yet. 

Sometime after school is out we would like to plan a little pot luck or something to celebrate our Tigers Tournament victory with both Coach Jon and Coach Scotty since they missed all the fun. We might do it after a Sunday practice at Mariners where it can be casual and we can all hang out and talk.

As soon as our gym is secured we will update this web site.
