The Tigers exploded for 5 straight hits in the fifth inning to break open a tight game and rode the 10 strikeout performance of Scott Williams to their second District win as they defeated Mayde Creek 13-3 on Friday night. Williams gave up five hits and only walked two in getting the win. The Tigers offense tallied 13 hits on the night, including three each by Andy Dalton, Brian Ferris, and Carter Jurica, while Justin Mohammed added two singles.
