Katy moves to 4-0 with victory over New Caney. The Tigers used four pitchers to hold New Caney to only one hit as his Katy JVA team moved to 4-0 for the season with a convincing 5-0 victory. Led by starting pitcher Scott Williams' three inning, five strikeout performance, and finishing with two innings by Andy Dalton and one apiece by Will Weidig and Carter Jurica, the pitchers combined for 11 strikeouts and only three walks in the shutout.
