Akai Breitkreutz earns "Dogged Determination Award" with an effort of equal bark and bite
On Sunday, November 27th, against the Juan de Fuca Grizzlies, Akai earned the inaugural “Dogged Determination Award” for his yeoman-like efforts on the back end. Akai’s defensive zone coverage and unrelenting puck pursuit made him an easy choice for this new accolade. Great effort, Akai, your game had serious growl!
Lucas Clark braves the storm and earns a Golden Puck against Juan de Fuca
Lucas was tested early and often on Sunday, November 27th, in a hard fought contest against the Juan de Fuca Grizzlies. He made several outstanding saves and kept the Icehawks in the contest despite our team being heavily outshot. Your play and steady presence inspired the team. Way to hold the fort, Lucas. You played like an all-star!
Charles Gosselin's effort against Peninsula earns him the Golden Puck
Charles scored two goals and added two assists in a strong performance against the Peninsula Panthers on Saturday, November 26th. Great effort, Charles, you were flying out there!
For her constant hard work the golden puck was awarded to Keely. Keely plays with a focus and intensity that is a joy to watch. Thanks Keely and keep it up.
