The Cougars make a strong showing fresh off spring break as Megan Van Hofwegen had a season PR in a 400 win and another PR in the 200. Freshman Domoneek Staten PR'd in a second place finish to All-State sprinter Tiffany Foley, who once trained with Coach Mo. Coach Tichenor's distance team had another great outing. Thomas Ness, Albert Bell and Brant Frazee swept the 1600. Ness also won the 3200. Frazee won the 800. The distance group also won the 4x800, posting the state's #2 time. On the sprint side, Matt Kredit continued to improve his status as one of the state's top hurdlers and Jordan Mitchell is emerging as an heor apparent to the Cougar sprint legacy, just in time for the return of Danny Lazarri.
