TWO 2 hour sessions – Saturdays 2/14 & 2/21
Players will be introduced to an arm strengthening and throwing program, learn a variety of catching/blocking drills that they can utilize on their own or with a partner, learn to frame pitches, learn to call pitches/location and proper footwork with runners on base.
