***RSVP FORMS DUE*** B.A.S.A. has scheduled a picnic/bonfire & trophy presentations for Sunday, November 7th, from 1:00pm – 5:00pm at the South Beaver Park. Your child’s coach passed out an RSVP form & flyer today! Please complete & return only one RSVP form per family to the concession stand. Extra forms are available at the concession stand. Please keep the flyer that is attached to the RSVP form, because it contains valuable picnic details. Picnic: 1:00pm – 4:00pm Trophy Presentations: 4:00pm – 5:00pm Please note: The picnic is outdoors and it will be dark early, so we are forced to have all of the age groups at the picnic at the same time. Parents: please let your child/children eat first to allow for ample seating. Trophies will only be awarded at the picnic on November 7th.
