In 2008, the Police Officer Michael J. Buczek Little League suffered a tragic loss
when Kevin“Froggy” Franco suddenly passed away from an undiagnosed health issue.
"Froggy" played on the 34thPrecinct Yankees team and was laid to rest in his favorite major league uniform. His team, dressed in their uniforms, attended Froggy's service to pay their last respects to their young friend.
Our thoughts and prayers will always be with his mother and family.
We’ll never forget you, Kevin.
