URGENT MESSAGE TO ALL YELLOW JACKETS
You must have a valid US Lacrosse Membership Number and valid expiration date to remain on the rosters!
There are 3 ways to find out your US Lacrosse Membership Number:
1. Your Membership card.
2. The magazine label: above your name
3. Go to www.uslacrosse.org then go to membership - it has an area where you can locate your number by inputting you name, birthdate and zip code. or you can request they e-mail it to you.
