Dixie Chicks

The Chicks went on the road to Va. Beach for the USA Champions Cup and put on quite a show winning 4 games on Sunday and claiming our second Championship in a row. What a great way to finish the Fall, already looking forward to next Summer. We had some great games on both days. We lost the first game of the tournament on Saturday 5-4 and getting the tying run thrown out at the plate to end the game. We also won an 2 ITB game in the semi finals 12-10. We also beat the Stats National team 4-2 getting 2 runs in the bottom of the 6th to break a 2-2 tie. I was really proud of our girls to come together short handed and finish the season so strong.
