Flying Aces

We play games under FIBA rules. The timeout rule is that timeouts can only be called on a dead ball. Unfortunately, there was an incorrect call made by the refs last week to allow a timeout on a live ball which may have changed the outcome of a closely contested game. I have reported the incident to the reffing association and they will remind their membership of the rule. Despite the error, we do not change the results of a game..
