All Hilltoppers players age 9 or older in Minors and above are eligible to be selected to one of our post-season All-Star teams.

In order to be considered for one of these teams, however, each player must have their birthdate and residency verified by a member of the Little League District 32 staff. Your last chance to do this will be on Saturday, May 14 from 11:00-1:00 p.m. next to our snack bar building.

You must bring your ORIGINAL birth certificate for each child. Please also bring a copy, which the district rep will sign, verifying your child's age. (All birth certificate copies will be shredded at the conclusion of All-Star play.)

You must also bring three different proofs of residency, showing that your child lives within our boundaries (or your current address if we have a waiver for your child to play in our league). These proofs of residency must come from THREE DIFFERENT of the following categories:

1. Driver's license
2. Voter registration
3. School records
4. Welfare/child care records
5. Federal records
6. State records
7. Local (municipal) records
8. Support payment records
9. Homeowner or tenant records
10. Utility bills (SDG&E, water, phone, waste disposal)
11. Financial records
12. Insurance documents
13. Medical records
14. Military records
15. Internet, cable or satellite records
16. Vehicle records
17. Employment records

Again, your three proofs must come from different categories. Three utility bills (phone, SDG&E and water bills) will only count as ONE proof. For many people, the easiest selections seem to be their drivers license, a report card, and a utility bill. But any three different categories will do. Please also bring copies of these items, and they will also be shredded at the end of All-Star play.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Beginning with this season, Little League now requires any dated proofs of residency to be from the months of October 2010, November 2010, December 2010 or January 2011. Please be sure you have proofs from one of those months.
