CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR 2014 TEAM BLUE CHIP EASTER CELEBRATION CLASSIC 17U CHAMPIONS
Our 2014 team of Freshmen and Sophomores competed in the Blue Chip Easter Celebration Classic in the 17U Division; and went undefeated merging with the Tournament Championship Trophy. The Championship victory was over a good Illinois Magic team by a score of 42-35.
Our 2016 team was undefeated and sailed past everyone to the Championship Game where they eventually fell to a talented Pinkstreak team with many 9th graders. They finished as Runner Up in this challenging tournament’s 9th Grade Division.
CONGRATULATIONS UNDEFEATED 2013 TEAM HOOPS FOR THE GAME 17U UNDEFEATED CHAMPIONS & 2016 TEAM HOOPS FOR THE GAME 14U RUNNER UP
Our undefeated 2013 team won the Hoops For The Game Spring Invitational Championship in convincing fashion. All victories were by significant margins; and the team looked to be in mid season form.
Our very talented 2016 team went undefeated; and earned a spot in the Hoops For The Game Spring Invitational Championship game. They eventually fell in a Championship game thriller to an experienced Illinois Celtics team. The future is bright for this uniquely talented group of 7th and 8th grade players.

Congratulations to Meredith Boardman on Her Commitment to Yale University
Illinois Elite is proud to announce that Meredith Boardman has announced her decision to attend Yale University and continue her stellar basketball career with the Bulldogs. Yale finished second in the Ivy League last year;and is thrilled to welcome Meredith to their very talented roster.
Meredith joins Megan Podkowa (DePaul University), Alyssa Dengler (Lewis University) and Grace Sanchez (Grand Valley State University) as Illinois Elite graduates from our 2011 AAU Illinois State Championship team who have gone on to receive full schlarships to continue their basketball careers at the collegiate level. We are proud to say we now have had 38 players in the last four years go on to play at the collegiate level.
