Midwest Recruiting Report - Memorial Day Madness 2014

Jennifer Mackowiak, 5'8" CG, 2015, Illinois Elite - Mackowiak was consistently the best player in the gym throughout the weekend.  What impressed me most this particular weekend about Mackowiak was her toughesss.  She got hit pretty hard on multiple occasions and also took a bad fall in transition, but she always gets right back up and keeps on doing her thing.  Her ball handling skills are excellent and can she break down defenders of the dribble.  Uncanny vision and passing abilities, sees the floor incredibly well.  Mackowiak has been one of the most consistently great players on the circuit this spring.

Emily Frasco, 6'0" SF, 2018, Illinois Elite - Frasco was the most consistent performer at the middle school level throughout the weekend.  She has a very long athletic frame.  Has excellent ball handling abilities for her size.  Smooth touch inside, can finish in the lane with either hand.  Beautiful shooting stroke and extrememly consistent from beyond the arc.   Used a fantastic euro-step move on multiple occasions.  Frasco has a very bright future ahead of her.
