Katy finishes season as State Runner-up

Katy could not get the big hit when they needed it and fell to the Woodlands on Saturday evening 5-3 in the State Championship Game. The Tigers finished with a record setting 37 wins against 9 losses, and brought Coach Mac within one win of his 500th career victory.
The loss concluded a great run through the playoffs for the team. Check back here for more details and pictures from the State tournament in the next few days, and click on the game below for box score and game highlights.
Thanks to the team, coaches, trainers, and all of the fans for the great memories. We are so proud of you all for representing Katy High School, District 19-5A, and Region III in the Tournament. GO TIGERS !!
