Players eligible for Portsmouth Babe Ruth League Baseball include those players residing in and/or attending academic school in the towns of Portsmouth, Tiverton, Little Compton, Bristol and Warren RI. This revised PBRL player eligibility policy has been in effect as of the league's boundary expansion in 2012.
