BOLTZ ATHLETICS individual and group training sessions are available for all ages and abilities. These session are customized to your specific fitness goals.  Based off of the principles of Athletics this comprehensive program focuses on the 5 basic areas of fitness: Cardio Endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility and Body Composition. Through Athletics the goal is to motivate the group/individuals - if you are a high school student preparing for the season or even a sedentary individual wanting to get in shape.
