Registration for the 2013 Patriot League season for Juniors and Seniors will be conducted on Saturday, January 5th and Saturday, January 12th 2013 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Shira Field.

Patriot Junior and Senior Baseball is open to players living in the San Carlos, Lake Murray, Mission Trails, Allied Gardens, La Mesa National and Rolando league boundaries with a league age between 13 and 16 (player's age as of April 30, 2013). If you are unsure of your child's league age, check out Little League's online age calculator here.

**ITEMS TO BRING WITH YOU TO REGISTRATION**

1) A completed Registration Form from the website. Please make sure all areas have been completed, the check boxes have been checked, the parent/guardian information has been updated, the medical and dental section is filled out (both areas) and signed, and the League Participation Contract has been signed.
2) 3 - Proof of address documents (One dated PRIOR to 10/1/2012, the others dated after).
3) $150 registration fee.

We are looking for Managers and Coaches. Please email us at, Patriotleaguebaseball@gmail.com, with your contact info. Everyone who works with the players needs to fill out a volunteer application, so bring it to the first event, or you will not be allowed to be on the field with the team.

Want a free registration? Find a league Sponsor. The Sponsorship Page has even more info.

The forms open with Acrobat Reader. You need to have the free program installed to open the document. Open the forms and enter the information and print both (use the printer icon in acrobat instead of the browser, it works better). You can find other forms in the Forms & Apps section.
Bring the forms with proof of residency (see below) to registration. We will have blank forms at registration, if needed. You can order a copy of your players birth certificate online athttp://www.vitalchek.com/

** PLAYER EVALUATION DATES/TIMES BELOW ARE "TENTATIVE" AND NOT FINALIZED**

  • 14 Year-old tryouts -- 9:00 AM on Saturday, February 2nd @ Shira Field.
  • 13 Year-old tryouts -- 9:00 AM on Saturday, February 9th @ Shira Field.

All Junior (League Age 13 & 14) players must attend a Player Evaluation (Try Outs) in order to be eligible for the draft.

The Evaluation consists of batting, fielding grounders & fly balls and throwing. All players should come ready to play. That means bring your glove, bat, helmet, cleats and hat! Dress like you would for a game without the jersey. Please arrive 30 minutes early for your player to get checked in and warmed up before their evaluation.

There are no player evaluations for the Seniors Division.

**PATRIOT LEAGUE BOUNDARIES**

A player who lives in the boundaries for San Carlos, Mission Trails, Allied Gardens, Lake Murray, La Mesa National and Rolando is eligible to play in the Patriot League. Any player who moves out of a league's boundary area can still play for that league as long as their play is continuous (they can't play a season with one league, then the next in a different one, then go back to the first one). Our Player Agent is happy to field any eligiblity questions. To search for and confirm your "parent" league, please use this interactive Google map: http://goo.gl/maps/ZPglL
