Mid Dist Relay-Sam Calachino/Karyn Anne Larkin/ Sara Wanat/Mackenzie LaMorte Gold 4x800 Relay- Danielle Setta/Izabella Chmil/Madison Munley/Mary Ponce Bronze Sprint Med Relay- Sam Calachino/Karyn Anne Larkin/Sara Wanat/Mackenzie LaMorte Gold Long Jump - Sam Calachino/Sara Wanat Gold High Jump- Sara Wanat/Madison Munley Bronze

The Varsity girls team moved to 4-0 with convincing wins over Lackawanna Trail (124-25) and Riverside (110-38).  Cassidy Jenkins and Brooke Estadt again lead the way with four wins.  Madison Harding added three wins to her total. 

Boys beat Riverside 96-54 and Lackawanna Trail 129-21. Winners included Caleb Morgan in the 110 hurdles, Nathan Morgan in the 1600 and 3200, Collin Cooper in the 400, Garth Estadt in the long jump and 300 hurdles, Mark Arzie in the 800, Josh Dippel in the discus and Dan Brown in the triple jump. The boys won both the 3200 relay (Nick Setta, Mike Arzie, Nathan Morgan and Mark Arzie) and the 1600 relay (Cooper, Mark Arzie, Tyler Paulino, and Cy Babcanec) against Riverside. Including the previous winners, Estadt won the 100, Cooper the 200, Stephen Liuzzo the Shot put, Seth Dippel in the Javelin, and Paul Forbes in the Pole Vault as well as the 4x100 team of (Tyler Schwartzstrauber, Cooper, Babcanec and Estadt) all picked up wins against Lackawanna Trail.

Distance Medley team (Mark Arzie, Collin Cooper, Nick Setta, Nathan Morgan), Mid Distance Medley (Arzie, Cooper, Cy Babcanec, Morgan), 4x800m relay (Setta, Morgan, Mike Arzie, and Mark Arzie) and 4x400m relay (Cooper, Tyler Paulino, Garth Estadt, and Babcanec) all posted wins in leading Lakeland to a 3rd place finish at the Ice Breaker Relays at Wallenpaupack area school district.

Boys won 64-57

Logan Bednash 110h,300h, Tyler Prudente 400, Sam Morgan, 4x8, 800, TJ, Wes Strong, Shot, Disc, 4x8 (Silas Stearns, Noah Chup, Luke Osburn, Sam Morgan) and 4x1 (Christian Swatt, Mason Erdman, Billy Good, John Noldy.

Girls won 63-57

Lily Anusewski 100h, Sam Calachino 100, Danielle Setta 1600, 800, Makayla Marino shot, Cheyenne Dippre Disc, Sara Wanat Long, Triple, High Shayne Witko, Danielle Setta Emily Yurgosky, and Anna Black stepped into events they normally don't run to help the team in a tight meet.
