Tip-off Tournament Information

Attention Parents

*There will be a $1 charge or the donation of non-perishable food item for Catholic Charities Food Bank as the cost of admission for the Tip-off Tournament.

*On Wednesday, each of you will be receiving a letter from Chris Hinkey, who has set a schedule for parents to work the concession stand during the tournament.  One parent per child on the team is needed.  No one will be scheduled for the same time period that we are playing.

I realize it can be inconvienent to stay for an extra two hours or return later in the evening to work the concession stand, but it is a very important obligation for the travel program's continued success.  I believe you will see how important when you read Mr. Hinkey's letter.  In addition to the two hours each of you and other parents give, many other volunteers, with and without kids in the program, will be obtaining supplies on Thursday night, setting up on Friday night, working the tournament on Saturday and breaking down everything Saturday night!  (There are even a few volunteers who will be doing all of these functions!!!)

Please make sure that if you cannot cover your shift, you find someone who can and notify Mr. Hinkey of the change.
