The game on the 21st against Athens has been cancelled and will not be re-scheduled at this time.

If you are looking at "stats" and you see all zeros - make sure you have selected "Boys White" for the schedule, rather than "Regular Season."  I recently added our own schedule so that I can display all the stats that I want the boys to see.

All of us coaches are very, very impressed with the progress the boys are making and the level at which they are playing.  So far, they have "got" everything we've thrown at them and applied it to games, yet they aren't so ridged that they ONLY do what we've told them.  They see opportunities and "what the defense gives them" and take advantage of it ALOT!

I am also impressed with all of their individual skills and how they have improved as well!  Each of them has different strengths and weaknesses and they are all continuing to grow as basketball players very quickly!

Hopefully you all got my computerized message at home.  Just in case you didn't - the game against Windsor is changed to the Bell School, 15 Golden Street, Kirkwood - same time.

There was a mixup with the schedule time for Wednesday - practice will be at 2 PM, not 12 PM.  The remainder of the week depends on whether we play or not on Thursday.

The Boys White team has started the regular season with two wins and one loss, losing their first game to Whitney Point 25-14, then rebounding back against the JCC with a 35-26 win and another win, 30-22, against S.V. 

So far, every player has contributed during the games, in one way or another, through defense, rebounds, steals, stops or scores at crucial points in the games.  Scoring has been very evenly distributed throughout the team, with 9 of the 12 players scoring so far and 8 of the 12 players have been either the leading or second leading scorer in the game.

This shows that our games have been true team efforts, with alot of unselfish play!

Great job boys!  Keep up the good work!
