TNT Box Lacrosse WINTER Tune Up League

Same game, only faster!

Elementary, Middle and High School Programs

TNT’s Winter Box Lacrosse “tune-up” league consists of a half hour (1/2 hour) of instruction by Top Notch Trainings lacrosse staff and is followed by a 1 hour game each day. Each team will have up to two 1.5 hour sessions a week (one two hour session for Elementary age group).  Box Lacrosse is a fast paced 6v6 arena game. All 5 field players play offense and Defense. With a smaller field and off the wall play, this league will be sure to improve any individual’s fundamental skills, and endurance.  Box lacrosse also improves the understanding of offensive and defensive strategies which will translate to a better understanding of outdoor lacrosse. All players will receive a lacrosse jersey and reversible jersey.   

Schedule:  The Winter Programs begin in late November/early December and are have limited enrollment.

Encinitas – Ecke YMCA:

Elementary School – Fridays only 3:45 – 5:45pm (2 Hours), SESSION DATES: November 14–December 19, 2008, FEE: $185 members | $225 non-members 

Middle School – Monday and Wednesdays - 4:00 – 5:30pm, SESSION DATES: November 11–December 18, 2008, FEE: $185 members | $225 non-members 

High School – Tuesday and Thursdays - 4:00 – 5:30pm, SESSION DATES: November 10–December 17, 2008, FEE: $185 members | $225 non-members 

Claremont High School:

High School – Monday and Wednesday – 7:00 – 8:30pm, SESSION DATES: December 1, 2008 - February 11, 2009 (No sessions the week of December 22), FEE: Members..........$300 Participants .......$360 

Poway SportsPlex:

Middle School - Tuesday and Thursday 4:00 – 5:30, Session Dates: December 2, 2008- February 12, 2009 (No sessions the week of December 22), Fee $325
