Thank you for getting back to the coaches last week with your list of colleges. The next step is for you to take your list and start the research. (You can email Coach Mark to get your college list). You are going to need to email the college coaches of the colleges you chose and let them know you are interested in their college and that you will be playing in the SurfCity Showcase October 9, 2009. This is MANDATORY unless you have already signed. It is your responsibility to get this information to the colleges you think you want to go to.
We will expect your list Saturday with checks beside the colleges you emailed. If we don't receive your list on Saturday, expect to be on my laptop sending emails while your teammates will be playing softball on Sunday. This is important to your parents, but mostly it is important for you all to realize that nothing in life is given to you. if you don't work hard, don't expect results.
