The hill to the fields is closed again due to a landslide. Please follow the directions we used at the begining of summer season.

If you normally get to the fields from the ice arena entrance keep going straight on that road to the end of the park. You will come to a stop sign.. make a right . you will be on Park Road..you will come to another stop sign.. keep right to stay on Park road.. drive until you see Apple trees on your right ( about a mile it’s Woodwards Apple Orchard) make that right after the orchard.. it’s called Achortown road it’s a sharp right. There are 2 signs that say the road is closed local traffic only.. you can still drive on it.. then just drive straight and the fields are on your left.

Please see the updated schedule from Sunday’s rain outs. The weather is looking good so far for Sunday, but with the hurricanes who knows what might happen. IF we get rained out this Sunday an email will be sent to the team managers to vote on a couple options the officers have discussed. We are not permitted on the fields past October 28th.

This Sunday, September 9th is opening day (hoping this rain stays away)!! If we do have to cancel I will text the managers and post on Facebook.

Please make sure all waivers are turned in by the end of play to the drop box at the side of the concession stand on field 2. Waivers not turned in will result in a $50 fine and all games played will be forfeited, NO EXCEPTIONS. There are 2 waivers that need to be signed by each player. All players must be 18 years old to play. I’ve attached a blank waiver form if you need one.

Bats must have a 2018 sticker to be legal for play. If a player is caught using an illegal bat, the team will forfeit the game, incur a $50 fine, and the player will be suspended for the remainder of the season.

Please see the attached 2018 Fall Season Schedule. ONE change was made from the print out you received at the meeting. On October 14th game 5-8 (Masterbatters vs Jimmy K’s) at 12:45 was moved from field 2 to field 4.

Just a reminder this Monday, August 27th at 7:30pm is our Fall League meeting. Our meeting will be held at The 19th Hole 312 Blackhawk Road Beaver Falls, PA 15010. The meeting will be in the basement.

The fall league fee will be due at this meeting, NO EXCEPTIONS. We had one more team decide to play so the fall fee will now be $415.00 per team. All teams that didn’t play in our Summer Season will have to pay the USA Sanction fee of $25, which brings their total to $440.00.

The schedule will also be drawn at this meeting. Since we only have 11 teams each team will play 14 games. You will play everyone once and then you will play 4 teams again at a random draw.

Bats will be tested at this meeting. This will be the only testing done before the start of the Fall Season.
