April Meeting **TIME CHANGE**
Our April meeting will be held on April 22nd at 8:30pm. The meeting will be held at Tusca’s Pizzeria 4975 Tuscarawas Rd. Beaver, PA 15009. If each team could please have one representative present at the meeting.
The schedule will be drawn at this meeting and we will also be testing bats. We will discuss possibly testing at our benefit tournament on Saturday, April 27th. If the tournament is canceled due to rain we will not have testing. The next time a bat could be tested will be in mid-May when we set a date to test at the fields.
Teams playing in the benefit tournament please bring the entry payment of $175. If the payment is not made you will be removed from the tournament. We will also draw numbers for the bracket.

Reminder Tourney exemptions for the 1st half of the season (5/5-6/23) are due this Monday, April 8th. Please send me an email. Thanks.
The benefit tournament is open for teams outside of our league also. We will be using our BCUCSL league rules for this. Please see attachment for tournament info.

Just a reminder our March meeting is tonight at 7:30pm. The meeting will be held at The 19th Hole (in the basement) 312 Blackhawk Road Beaver Falls, PA 15010. If each team could please have one representative present at the meeting.
The league fee payment of $715 will be due at this time, NO EXCEPTIONS! Checks can be made out to BCUCSL.
MARCH MEETING ***LEAGUE FEE DUE***
Our March meeting will be held on March 25th at 7:30pm. The meeting will be held at The 19th Hole (in the basement) 312 Blackhawk Road Beaver Falls, PA 15010. If each team could please have one representative present at the meeting.
The league fee payment of $715 will be due at this time, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Bats will be tested at this meeting.
BCUCSL Benefit Tournament Update:
I sent a letter to the Commissioners requesting that they waive the field fees for the tournament and they have agreed to do so! Dave Allen’s crew has also offered to umpire the tournament for free and the league will pay for the balls. The entire team entry fee will be donated to Lifesteps! We can discuss the entry fee at the meeting, but I think we are looking for it to be around $175 per team like it was in the past. If you have a sponsor for this checks can be made out to BCUCSL.
The tournament will be held on Saturday April 27th and Sunday April 28th. If the tournament is rained out we will NOT be rescheduling it. I will need to know by April 12th at the latest if you will be putting a team in. I’ve already heard of a few other tournaments going on that weekend, so please keep that in mind to make sure you have enough players. The fee for the tournament will be due at our April 22nd meeting and we will draw the numbers for the bracket. If you do not pay at this meeting unfortunately we will have to remove your team from the tournament.
