MANDATORY PARENTS' MEETING

Parish Leadership required parents (one per family) to attend one of the previously scheduled parents' meeting to discuss policy changes, security, gym resources, sportsmanship, fundraising, and volunteer opportunites. IF A PARENT DID NOT ATTEND ONE OF THE SCHEDULED PARENTS' MEETINGS, THE CHILD WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THEIR ACTIVITY UNTIL THE FOLLOWING OCCURS: 1). The parent contacts a board member (Commissioner or Officer), 2). The parent reviews the information presented at the parents' meeting, and 3). The parent completes a Parent Volunteer Form and submits the form to a Board Member. Please refer to the "Board" page for a complete listing of Commissioners and Officers.
