Hello Parents & Participants, Even though the 2005-2006 basketball and cheerleading season has just recently ended, planning for the 2006-2007 season has begun. The Board of Directors would like everyone’s feedback (positive and negative) from the most recent season to ensure all our Boys and Girls programs, for all levels of play, provide a positive growth experience for our children. Three evaluation forms are attached as follows: 1. Evaluation of the Coach – To be completed by the player/participant 2. Evaluation of the Coach – To be completed by a parent/guardian. 3. Evaluation of Practice Time, Games, and Tournaments – To be completed by a parent/guardian.
