Dave played for four years in the midfield for the Vikings and earned the Most Improved Player Award his Senior Year which happened to be the same year he scored for the opposition! To this day he claims the Viking keeper (Mark Blauvelt) slipped on the turf when he passed the ball back to him and it rolled right into the goal. Dave still says "it wasn't a real shot on goal!" Keeping his head held high, Dave went on to graduate from Eastern Kentucky University in 1989 with a Bachelors Degree in Business/Real Estate. He currently is in sales and lives in Terrace Park, Ohio. He will always remember his Senior year and his fellow teammates won't let him ever forget that one particular goal.
