The following things will be required from ALL Cheerleaders and Football players by the first practice which will be the first week in August: 1. Completed Registration form signed by parent or guardian. 2. Copy of birth certificate ( we may have one on file if you played last season) 3. Signed permission from a Doctor to participate in football or Cheerleading. 4. Copy of your June 2005 report card. (except flag level) IF ANY PLAYER OR CHEERLEADER DOES NOT HAVE THE ABOVE MENTIONED ITEMS THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE NO EXCEPTIONS! Please remember there are a required number of practices that one must attend to participate in games or scrimmages.
