The Astros started the game with a double off the fense from Peter Marshall and continued the string with hits from 7 of the first 8 batters in route to a 13 - 5 win over the Rockies. This victory clinched 2nd place in the regular season going in to the last week of the season before playoffs. Excellent job by all as George Murphy picked up his 2nd win . The game ended when Patrick Moffitt picked off a runner at 1st base from the catching position. Multiple hit nights from Peter, Mark, Karl and Patrick.
