Welcome to the home of the Dayton Fangs!
Miami Valley's only women's ice hockey team
The Dayton Fangs is part of the Pennsylvania-Ohio Women's Hockey Association (POWHA). We are a travel team that competes against teams from Pittsburgh to Indianapolis for women 18 and up with varying skill levels and experience!
In the 2018-2019 season we compete against the Cincinnati Rising Stars, Columbus Capitals, Indy Speed, and Louisville Fighting Fillies in POWHA league play and exhibition. This season we will focus on "Festival" weekends, in which 4 league teams meet for a weekend to compete in our league games, each festival will have one team on a 'bye'. Each team will host once, this reduces overall travel and time commitments. We are always interested in picking up extra games and tournaments and typically try to stay within a 3-4 hour radius for travel.
If you can't travel, that is okay, we have practices and home games you can participate in. This site is updated frequently, so look for news, announcements, scores, statistics and additions to the rosters.
