2007 MVP Award

Posted by N Frese on Apr 18 2008 at 05:00PM PDT
In another year during which he refused to admit his age, Senator Coach Nick Frese was honored to win his first team MVP Award. At the ripe age of 50, #25 hit a lusty .389 and led the team in RBI with 14. He was also second in runs scored with 11, and led the team with six doubles to boot. His .556 slugging percentage was second on the club, and he added nine walks for an OBP of .511. And just for spite, he also stole three bases. Now he can retire to the old baseball player's home in peace. image
