In an epic battle of wills and a score of 0-0 with six minutes left, DELCIE THANKCHAN received the ball on a counterattack and raced down the left side of the field, and beautifully crossed to JILL FEINBERG who one touched the ball into the net for the game winner over Serra. It was game of physical contact and agressive tackles by the Upperclassman of Serra, but in the end, the Cougar defense led by BECCA SANDERS, SARAH YOUNG, AMANDA ROBBINS, EMILY RODRIGUEZ, SARAH DIEM, JILL FEINBERG, and SUZANNE MACNAUGTON, who playing against Serra's best player played her best game of the year.
