Nats Win Langsdorf Invitational Tournament

The WA Nationals claimed the championship in the first-ever Langsdorf League Invitational Tournament held Saturday and Sunday at Torstenson Field in Genoa City. The Nats finished with a 3-1 tournament mark, equal to that of the Kenosha Bobcats, but claimed the crown based on the second tie breaker - total runs allowed.
The Nationals defeated the Bobcats, Janesville Aces, and Genoa City Red Dogs and lost to the Bobcats. The Bobcats defeated the Nationals, Green Bay Storm, and Genoa City Red Dogs and suffered their only defeat to the Nationals.
