We wanted to communicate a shift in our approach regarding the rosters for the season. You have likely noticed that we have already made a few changes when the previous rosters were posted, and we will continue to do so going forward. Our initial plan of static, balanced rosters has given way to a more fluid approach where the coaches will be continuously evaluating the players and placing them in game situations where we believe the girls will have the greatest chance at long-term soccer success. This is why we need you to mark attendance as far in advance as possible for every activity (Red game, White game, practice session) on TeamsPages so we can plan the sessions.

With the above in mind, we’ll be making in-game moves for Monday’s Red vs. White game (as in, players will be switching teams before or during the game). Please have your player start with their assigned colour below but also have the other game jersey on hand.
