Abbreviated Rain Out Policy On the day in question, the League Officer on call or their designee, will go to the field two hours prior to the first game scheduled to check on the condition of the field. The decision is then made on whether or not the games will be played. If the weather is questionable enough for the League Officer to check on the field then their findings should be noted on Kyle Chapman’s answering machine’s/callnote’s greeting.
