Hello,
The first track meet will be on Saturday, January 28th at Westwood High School, 945 West 8th Street, Mesa, AZ. Please be at the track at 8am for warm-ups and to sit in the first section closest to the finish line.
Attached are the entry sheets. Please check your child's information.
At the 1st track meet each child will be entered into the 100, 200 and 400 unless they have competed before I may have added something else for those athletes.
We will not be wearing uniforms in this track meet. If you have a uniform, please DO NOT wear it. We will wear black shorts or tights and a red shirt.
8 AND UNDER BOYS PARENTS ARE SCHEDULED TO WORK THE CLERKING TABLE...... Please open the Clerking Schedule to see what time you need to report. You are responsible for working or providing a replacement for your clerking schedule. There will be parents at the table who will show you what to do. Terez Gamble is the Head Clerk but there will be 2 other head clerks Lanise Adams and Makeba Hawkins. They will not be at meets this year as their kids are now in high school so I need 2 replacements to be head clerks to help out Terez at meets. Contact me via email if you are interested.
