Coaches Only: If you are within two (2) hours of your scheduled game time and the web-site is not updated with a Weather Update, please call Alex Delgado at the contact number previously provided.

Due to the possible closure of the Main Entrance to Grapeland Park as a result of heavy Water Park attendance on SATURDAY and SUNDAY, the BASEBALL ONLY ENTRANCE (On NW 37 Ave between the Ball fields and the Golf Course) will be available for the Baseball Complex.  Should you arrive and the Main Entrance is open, please use this entrance and park in any of the available parking spaces.  However, if the Main Entrance is Closed proceed to the BASEBALL ONLY ENTRANCE and park as directed by the parking attendants.

If there is NO available parking at the park, please use the Golf Course Parking. This is to be used only in the event that there is NO parking available at the park.

ALL TEAMS MUST REGISTER AND ROSTER on-line at www.SuperSeriesBaseball.com Complete your Roster with all your player information, pay your annual registration fee of $35.

Log on to the Super Series Baseball website and click on  "Team Registration" on the left menue. Here you will be able to complete your on-line TEAM ROSTER.

Make a copy of the Roster and turn the original before your teams first game.

All teams participating in Super Series Baseball events must have a valid, current season team registration. You must print a current roster and present this to the event director at each Super Series tournament. Be sure to include your coaches on your team roster. Coaches who are not on the roster are not allowed inside the fences or dugout, and they are not covered by your team insurance. Registration costs $35.00 per season. Super Series has a Spring-Summer season (Jan 5-July 31); and a Fall-Winter season (Aug 1-Jan 4). Registrations, once issued, are non-refundable. Take your time in entering player information. Your roster is a legal affidavit attesting to the eligibility of your players and team. Once registered, you will promptly be e-mailed your team access ID and Password. Ensure that the e-mail address entered belongs to the team manager. To register your team you MUST register a minimum of 9 players. You may add or delete more players after the registration is established. No Player may be added after your team's first tournament game.

Then Click on your DIVISION
Once your Division Schedule appears click on the top right of the schedule "FULL SCHEDULE". This will allow you to view the entire schedule.
