2019 MYBA TOURNAMENT RULES & REGULATIONS
The Playing Rules for the 2019 MYBA - USSSA Baseball Tournaments are the same as the Official Major League Baseball Rules, except those rules and regulations listed in the MYBA - USSSA Tournamnet Rules and Regulations and the USSSA Official Baseball National By-Laws and Rules.
The MYBA - USSSA Tournament Rules and Regulations supersedes the USSSA Official Baseball National By-Laws and Rules.
The USSSA Official Baseball National By-Laws and Rules supersedes Official Major League Baseball Rules
